First SEN-Led Entrepreneur Programme

The Nesbitt Centre is proud to announce the launch of Hong Kong’s first-ever SEN-led Entrepreneur Programme! Building on over 30 years of expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) education, we are shifting the narrative around neurodiversity in Hong Kong by providing adults with SEN the right tools, environment, and mentorship to thrive as entrepreneurs.

Empowering Neurodivergent Leaders Through Real-World Experience

Our groundbreaking programme shifts traditional educational boundaries. Designed as an interactive, learner-led journey, this initiative focuses on practical, real-world application to help participants build independence and confidence.

Through collaborative, hands-on mini-business projects, our learners develop essential workplace and life skills in real time, including:

- Critical Thinking & Creative Problem-Solving: Tackling authentic business challenges with innovative solutions.

- Perspective-Taking & Teamwork: Collaborating effectively with peers to launch and run projects.

- Communication & Social Skills: Building confidence in professional, customer-facing, and daily interactions.
