The Nesbitt Centre (TNC) is a premier Hong Kong charity dedicated to the life development of English-speaking adults with learning disabilities. Established in 1993, we have spent over three decades creating a world where every individual has the opportunity to thrive. From our dedicated learning facilities in Sai Ying Pun and Chai Wan (Pamela Youde), we provide a supportive environment built on three core pillars: Engage, Enrich, and Empower.

Our VISION is that people with special needs lead full and meaningful lives in adiverse, inclusive world.
Our MISSION is to engage, enrich and empower people with neurodivergent special needs. For The Nesbitt Centre to be the leading English-speaking providerof support for neurodivergent adults in Hong Kong, contributing to a society whereeveryone has unique opportunities to develop and use their talents and skillsWe will build an amazing team of inspired people, who are selfless, compassionateand patient, and who obtain personal happiness from helping others. We willprovide the very best resources, tools and facilities to achieve our mutual goals.
TNC has pioneered social enterprises that serve as vital training grounds for our learners. These venues offer inclusive employment opportunities and allow the Hong Kong community to engage directly with our mission.
