The Nesbitt Centre is committed in enabling all service users to gain work experience whether in a paid or voluntary capacity. The importance of this is crucial as it gives service users the opportunity to take part in the world of work. For most of us work is a vital part of our identity it gives us the freedom to earn and spend to live and learn- it is with this impetus that our members are encouraged, supported, trained to explore real work environments.

Our clients are encouraged, supported and trained in the work environment to achieve the goal of paid employment independently.
